Return and Exhanges
We will gladly accommodate eligible items to be returned for store credit only. Returns must be returned within 14 days of the date received. Lisa Nichole will not accept any returns after 14 days.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received in and tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. if not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Depending on the availability and/or stock of the item, we may be able to exchange.
However, contact us within 3 days of receipt and we well let you know if an exchange is possible. If for some reason the item (s) become unavailable we will issue a store credit once we receive your return. The item must be shipped with a tracking number that is required to be emailed to us at the time of shipping.
No Refund: Digital Products
There will be NO REFUND on all digital products at Lisa Nichole. Being that you are receiving a digital products you will not be able to receive a refund AT ANY POINT
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing orders and 5-7 days for shipping depending on the shipping method chosen.
During high volume such as sales, restock, or am I flux of orders coming in please allow 5-10 business days for processing and 5-7 days for shipping depending on the shipping method chosen.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or return due to an "un-deliverable" address.
